My name is Miguel Castillo a.k.a Miggy.

I'm a 30 year-old photographer based out of Southern California. I picked up my first camera at the age of 18 coming out of high school. Photography has since become a huge part of my life. It's what pushes me to document peoples stories in a way that will help them see their world around them in a new/different perspective. 

I love to capture moments that will show the beauty, joy, love, and enthusiasm of people in a photograph. Whether it's an internship to Uganda or a portrait session or an adventure to go explore, I fall completely into my element when I'm behind a lens. I believe that photography is such a powerful tool that defies language barriers. It has the power to influence and change lives.

My main goal is to transcend time so that when you look back at the photos we created 20 to 30 years from now, you feel that rush of joy and love.
